Join Chef Tara in the kitchen, as she guides the class through the process of making homemade ravioli from beginning to delicious end. Students will work in teams of 2, don't worry if you don't bring a partner, strangers become fast friends in our community kitchen. Everyone will make pasta dough, 2 different fillings and 2 different sauces. Our main focus will be making and filling ravioli. This is a farmer's style menu with butternut squash filling and a brown butter sage balsamic. The other is ricotta spinach with a lemon zucchini creamed topping. Additional menu items to be split between teams, include an Italian salad of radicchio, romaine, olives, vegetables and a creamy balsamic vinaigrette & a seasonal rustic apple crostata rounds out this menu. Class is limited to 8 students, for a full hands on experience. Class is open to student's ages 13+
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
