Greek Mediterranean Class!

Description

Fresh, vibrant, and full of Mediterranean flavor, this menu highlights simple ingredients and timeless techniques. Together we'll create healthy recipes, that are both satisfying and full of flavor. Very easy to recreate at home for your family and friends! Class is limited to 14 students, working in pairs to complete and share a family style meal together. Student's receive all recipes. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu - Greek salad loaded with artichokes, capers, roasted red peppers, cucumber & a lemon tahini dressing. - Spanakopita with flaky phyllo, spinach, dill, parsley and feta. - Greek chicken, marinated & grilled, topped with seasoned olives, tomatoes, herbs and feta. - Baked eggplant parmesan with a rich balsamic marinara, mozzarella, fresh basil and herbed panko. - Greek Meatballs, filled and simmered in a white wine lemon sauce, served over orzo. - Mini Baklava Cups with a flaky crust and rich sweet nutty filling. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
