Get ready to satisfy your craving for bread again! Emily Onken, the area's premier Gluten-Free Baker, is back in the kitchen to teach the secrets of making a wonderful French bread, you won’t even miss the gluten! Whether you have a gluten allergy, prefer a gluten-free diet, or just love delicious baking, this class is perfect for you! In this class, Emily will guide students through the process of making their own French Bread. She'll also instruct how to create a compound butter. Students will have the opportunity to sample this tasty creation during class. *The Culinary Cottage is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contact is possible. *Class is limited to 8 students. Ages 14+ welcome. Age 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, no exceptions please.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
