Gluten-Free Chocolate Peppermint Roll!

Description

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make your very own gluten-free* chocolate peppermint roll cake, complete with a creamy and deliciously sweet peppermint cream cheese filling and rich chocolate ganache topping that will be a hit during the Holiday season. During the class, you will also learn how to create the roll cake’s signature spiral shape. You’ll be able to take your Chocolate Roll home, to impress your friends and family with your newfound baking skills - plus, you’ll take home the recipe so you can make this delicious dessert again and again. *The Culinary Cottage is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contact is possible. *Class is limited to 8 students. Ages 14+ welcome. Age 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, no exceptions please.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
