Description

This classic, but fabulous menu starts with a classic French Bistro Salad, and vinaigrette technique. Main dishes include Beef Tenderloin medallions in a rich Madeira sauce made of mushrooms, shallots and sweet madeira wine. Another main includes Shrimp White Bean Ragu. This menu rounds out with the amazing and flavorful technique of Potatoes Anna. The completion of this meal, ends with a decadent sweet dessert of crepes Suzette flambe. Students will work in pairs to make 75% of this meal. Strangers make fast friends in our kitchen, if you have a single registration. All recipes to go home. Ages 18+ are welcome to register for this class. Sorry, no allergy restrictions or substations to this menu.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
