Description
Join us in the kitchen for the love of a French inspired menu. This is a Hands-On Brunch! Lead by Chef Tara, students will pair up to learn each recipe, creating their own brunch to enjoy family style with other students. Technique includes how to make a correct vinaigrette, bechamel sauce and poaching eggs. Copies of recipes included. Menu Let's get this brunch started with a Raspberry Bellini, fresh raspberries, lemon & prosecco. Next is a Mixed green salad with a Dijon, sherry shallot vinaigrette, tossed with fresh herbs and vegetables. The star of the class, a rich & decadent Madame Croquet with smoked shaved ham, aged parmesan cheese, béchamel gruyere and a poached egg to top it all off! Last but not least, mixed berry Clafoutis, a warm berry custard style cake that sounds fancy, but so easy to make. Registration is open to students 16+ Class will be limited to 12 and will fill quickly!

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
