Description
Join us in the kitchen, as Chef Tara present's this summer's wonderful bounty of fruits & vegetables. This dinner is appetizer through dessert, a hands on class limited to 10 students, working in teams to prepare a fresh meal, shared together. Students age 13+ are welcome to register. Menu- Upside Down Tomato Tart with Burrata Sweet Potato Crusted White Fish Tri-Variety Winter Squash Gratin Yellow & Green Wax Bean Fusion with Italian Dijon and Crispy Shallots Roasted Cauliflower with Feta, Dates, Lemon & More! Rustic Apple Crostata Dessert All Guests will enjoy full portions of each menu item, and copies of all recipes to take home.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
