Join us for a beautifully fragrant and flavorful evening as we explore the delicate, aromatic qualities of lavender, in a thoughtfully crafted French-inspired menu. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to incorporate culinary lavender, into both savory and sweet dishes, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Students will work in pairs to complete the menu below. Everyone will share the menu, as a family style dinner. All recipes to go home with each student. Menu: • Arugula Salad: Peppery arugula topped with creamy Burrata, heirloom tomatoes, toasted pecans, and finished with a house-made lavender balsamic drizzle. Asparagus Tart: Layered with lemon and lavender goat cheese, & charred asparagus. • Coq au Vin: A timeless French classic—tender chicken, braised in brandy with herbs de Provence, mushrooms, bacon, carrots and pearl onions. • Savory Rice Pilaf: Fragrant rice pilaf infused with lavender and studded with sweet apricots—a perfect accompaniment to the meal. • Chocolate Mousse: Silky, rich chocolate mousse crowned with airy lavender-scented whipped cream. Whether you’re a lavender lover or new to cooking with edible flowers, this class will inspire you to think beyond the garden and bring lavender’s subtle charm to your kitchen. Allergies will be considered, no food substitutions for this menu. Registration is available to students 18+

Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
