Cinco de Mayo- get ready for a fiesta! Join us in the kitchen as Chef Mikki takes your tastebuds on a Mexican Fiesta! This hands-on class is limited to 10 students, who will be working in teams to prepare a delicious meal to be shared together. Students will present what they’ve learned about their recipe while enjoying a full portion of each menu item. All recipes are yours to take home after class. Menu Appetizer: Salsa! Explore a variety of different salsas, from mild to hot! Main: Taco Trio! Chicken, beef and fish tacos. Side: Fresh tortilla chips and of course…guacamole! Dessert: Churros! Drink: Not your Average Mocktail Margarita!

Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. Please consider switching into another available class to save money. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 5 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
