Description

This is a hands-on class! Join Chef Tara as she teaches paired up students, how to make the upscale Beef Wellington. Beef Wellington is made with beef tenderloin, seasoned mushrooms (duxelles) and puff pastry. Additional side dishes include thyme & gruyere potatoes, Brussels sprouts Caesar salad and cranberry Christmas cake. You’re sure to learn how to make, what’s considered one of the hardest main dishes to make. A beautiful main dish presentation and flavorful side dishes for the upcoming holidays. Dinner to be shared together, all recipes to go home with each student.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
