Description

Join us at The Culinary Cottage for an unforgettable experience, cooking with beer! Chef Tara will guide you through the art of cooking with beer and introduce you to the vast array of flavors that come with it. She'll talk about how using beer, not only enhances the flavor, but how the components add to the methods of cooking within these versatile recipes. This is a Hands-On Class and you don't miss your chance to experiment with the different flavors of beer and create a differently delicious meal. Class is limited to 14 students who will team up to complete a full menu together. Everyone will enjoy a full meal and have the recipes to take home. Students 18+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu Asian Braised Pork Belly with Scallion Garlic Fried Rice. Beer Cheese Soup with Bacon, Jalapeno, Herbs, Smoked Cheddar and a Dark beer broth. Jalapeno Cheddar Beer Bread. Beer Braised Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Tomato Ragu. Sweet & Smoky Beer Chicken with Guinness beer Glazed Shallots & Mushrooms. Oatmeal Chocolate Stout Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
