Description

Join Chef Tara in the kitchen for a complete hands-on dinner. These recipes will take you through the African Countries of Morocco, Ethiopia, and Southern Africa. Students will team up to take on a recipe, learning technique and the use of multi-cultural flavors. Everyone will work to create an amazing dinner, which will be shared together. Class is limited to 10 students. All recipes to go home. Menu African Peanut Salad with Baby Kale & Butter Fried Peanuts Cape Malay Chicken Moroccan Tagine with Ginger Apricot Couscous Ethiopian Spiced Ground Beef Stew with creamed Spinach South African Malva Pudding Cake

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
